Heavily Armed Gunmen Spotted In Rivers State; Reportedly Forcing People To Vote For Their Candidate [See Photos]

As states in Nigeria head to the polls to vote for their gubernatorial candidates, there hasn't been peace in Rivers State as armed gunmen were spotted in Toru Local government in Rivers State.

According to residents, the armed men are terrorizing them to vote for a particular candidate.
